To the one presumed to be an attorney who is obviously a bad one as he has too much time to spend on Craig's List posting hate messages...
Using "Lumpy" is name calling = Childish
Using the word "Scam" in relation to Bork is unsubstantiated = Incompetent, not to mention defamation.
The fact is, you are against freedom of speech, of which you incompetently refer to as "Spam".
You are the "Guy afraid of educational information" and a "Maintainer". So you do not confuse that with name calling, again the definition for that is: Maintainers. Individuals and organizations of numerous kinds that use various methods to maintain control of America through the 14th Amendment political and legal system. I'm not a lawyer. I'm just another internet asshole that loves to troll scam artists in my spare time. Lumpy, here, is my favorite target. Most of the time when I make fun of him or even point out flaws in his argument, I get a "Maintainer and Deceiver" type robotic response. But as I delve deeper and deeper into his responses and various legal theories, I find something so critical, so embarrassing, that when I call him out on it, he breaks down with a human response. You see, my purpose isn't to win the debate, my purpose is to know why he feels this way. Did he really have a bad run in with a "lesbian lawyer from Somerville", or is that a rouse? Is he pushing these legal theories because he's emotionally hurt over paying child support, and he doesn't want to anymore? Who knows...Every time I read that review, I laugh.
I once called Lumpy racist because he espouses Judge LH Perez's opposition toward the 14th Amendment, and he completely backpedaled saying that he's not racist (in his own spiritually childish words) only to spam the board some more. I expected three things out of him:
1) To reconcile every horrible thing that Judge LH Perez, and
2) Explain if LH Perez is against the income tax as well, not just black people, and
3) Explain how Judge LH Perez is right this time regarding the 14th Amendment considering he is absolutely wrong in everything else. Remember, were talking about a man who organized violent white mobs into destroying schools and school boards and assaulting black people, suspended legislature, stuffed ballot boxes, intimidated black voters, etc. He was even EXCOMMUNICATED by the Catholic Church and it didn't even put a damper in his unlawful activities. (Hardly the paragon of law and morality that Lumpy wants him to be).
The other thing that I have a hard time reconciling is that Lumpy is against the 14th Amendment because it creates some whackadoodle legal system (read: doesn't want to pay income tax) and it should be abolished, yet he promotes the PACINLAW scam where it doesn't even matter if 14th Amendment is illegal, because LB Bork found a way out of the Federal System by renouncing Federal citizenship (through him at $450 per person and $350 per year membership, plus $30 per book per person, not including any other membership fees, all paid with BLANK MONEY ORDERS). Keep in mind, LB Bork proclaimed that the 14th Amendment created this dual citizenship and that anyone can opt out, so why is he against the 14th Amendment if it doesn't matter? It sounds like he should be FOR it because it gives him a steady job and a steady stream of income "helping" people opt out.
LB Bork seriously has nothing to gain if the 14th Amendment were to be abolished. You shouldn't be fucking it up for him - he's got bills that don't pay themselves.
Remember, your freedom of speech is limited by Craig's rules. You're only really allowed to post once every 48hrs. Everything else is up to community standards. We allow a discussion, but not spam, and certainly not scams.
Finally, it's perfectly fair to call someone names and other ad hominem attacks if the other side is completely uninterested in debate. It's the internet for Christ sakes, grow a pair! We gave Lumpy plenty of time to answer each and every question asked, but he did not bother. Instead, he continued to spam like there's a sucker born every minute. Hell, he even dragged your stupid ass to defend him, assuming that you're not one of his sockpuppets that forgot to uncheck the "use anonymous email" button. Which is another thing that kills me because I could be arguing with him email to email instead of counter posting on an already shitted up classified section if he provides the anonymous email.

Maybe I'm asking too much out of LB Bork, but I wouldn't be surprised if the worthless membership dues created a separate extralegal court system, like other sovereign citizen groups do. This leaves me with this nagging thought - I wonder what happens when someone doesn't pay their 2nd or 3rd year membership dues... Obviously, that someone is out of the club, but what about their State National status, despite it's worthlessness.

OK, I have a few protips:
Protip 1: Nobody gives a shit about your hunting gun. You can put it back on the rack of your pickup truck.
Protip 2: The treaty is about going after international arms dealers, or often referred to as "dealers of death" - people who sell automatic weapons to whomever they wish, including blood thirsty dictators and terrorists. And you don't support dictators and terrorists, now do you?
Protip 3: If your understanding of arms treaties is that poor, maybe we should take whatever weapons you do have because you're definitely too stupid to separate reality from fiction, therefore too stupid to be allowed to operate a firearm.

I have Only Lately began to Flag Posting of Liberals. My Posting have been flagged consistantly for the last year. I have NO problem Posting 50 or more a day if my Postings become Flagged. I now have that program that will delete Craig list Postings within seconds. I wish Not to use it. My intent was never to post more than a few a day, unless my postings become deleted. I am lucky to be working for a True Patriot who allows me to work on CL while I'm working and has No Problem Paying me all day to do so!! Flagging goes both ways. As does opposing post of opinions. How do you wish to handle this? What say you.

I am guilty of flagging RTR News. This is because yesterday the BorkBot called for the flagging of all LIB POSTS. And he proceeded to follow through.

I have stopped flagging the Pacinlaw spams when the guy only posts a few of them. Even the "RTR News" post, which links to false "news" sources like Newsmax and WND, is still a valid post!
The spammer will learn not to spam and double-post if you avoid flagging him on days when he does NOT overpost.
Just a request for fair and balanced flagging!
