Revisiting the Notmygovernment.us forums

Forgive me for feeling nostalgic...

I wonder if LB Bork & friends have something new to say about me.

People like this more than like have no life, and since for what his personal reasons maybe he can not do what is required to come out of her as the bible has instructed us to do, so instead would rather bad mouth the good people doing the right thing, instead of helping to re-enforce the positive.
Short and to the point. I like that. But lets just say that we both have different sets of values - and I'm OK with that. However, I fail to see where in the Bible it instructs me to hitch my wagon to a sovereign citizen scam.

There has been a lot of conjecture from Psycho Boy, WoahNeo. Too bad all of it is nonsense; there is a lot of jabber on the Blog that has nothing to do with PAC or its objectives. In short, he misrepresents things a lot. This idgit will not even respond to people that challange his nonsense; lucky that a lot of people see through it. In example of his stupid statements, he stated "He" could care less about what the case of Dyett vs Turner says... Like he (who hides behind the Internet under a moniker) matters along with his opinions. What a laugh-job this guy is.

Only a butt-puppet for the New World Order would spend this much time "attempting" to discredit PAC
Impressive lie.

I don't care what Dyett vs. Turner (1968, Utah Supreme Court) says because it isn't legally relevant. Dyett v. Turner doesn't make a ruling on the 14th Amendment. The actual case is based on whether or not Gerald J. Dyett had exhausted his state remedies before applying for a writ of habeas corpus in federal court. It was decided that he did exhaust them, and the case was then turned over to Utah S.C., in which the same decision was reached. He knowingly and willingly waived his right to an attorney and a trial by jury by pleading guilty to check fraud. He was not entitled to habeas corpus.

Pay attention to this paragraph, emphasis mine:
We have spoken in the hope that the Supreme Court of the United States may retreat from some of its recent decisions affecting the rights of a sovereign state to determine for itself what is proper procedure in its own courts as it affects its own citizens. However, we realize that because of that Court's superior power, we must pay homage to it even though we disagree with it; and so we now discuss the merits of this case just the same as though the sword of Damocles did not hang over our heads.
The reason why Justice Ellett discussed the 14th Amendment for a large bulk of the decision was because he believed that the 14th Amendment circumvented state court and gave criminals a potential back door. But ultimately he cannot make a ruling against the 14th Amendment.

Though I have to admit, this is the most readable criticism of the 14th Amendment. I'll definitely make a separate blog post for Dyett v. Turner in the future.

The rest of the forums look exactly like I left it - unremarkable.

RJ on the Occupy Wall Street protest.

I noticed that RJ is co-opting the Tea Party and denouncing the Occupy Wall Street protest in his recent posts. It's pitiful, really.

The post below is fresh copy-paste. And no, this article is not worth reading.

The Pinko Commies and Socialists are behind the occupy Wall Street . . (Behind wall street movement)

Is anyone really surprised that these groups are trying to cause chaos and destroy our way of life.

Unions, Socialists Join Forces to "Occupy Wall Street"

A growing number of unions, prominent big-government advocates, and socialist groups are joining the "Occupy Wall Street" demonstrations in New York and "solidarity" protests nationwide.

The trend has some analysts very concerned -- particularly after reports claimed union bosses tied to the Obama administration were plotting to bring about chaos. And while the protests which began on September 17 may be small now, supporters and critics alike say this may be only the beginning of something much bigger.

In just the last week several large labor groups have officially announced their support for the occupation. The NYC Transit Workers Union, with nearly 40,000 members, voted to back the protesters on September 28. And the SEIU's massive 32BJ union, which claims to represent over 120,000 property service workers, recently decided to use an upcoming rally to show "solidarity" with the Wall Street occupiers.

"The call went out over a month ago, before actually the occupancy of Wall Street took place," 32BJ spokesman Kwame Patterson told the Huffington Post. But now "we're all coming under one cause, even though we have our different initiatives."

The Industrial Workers of the World (IWW) union, with over 10,000 members, also endorsed the demonstrations this week. "This occupation on Wall Street calls into question the very foundation in which the capitalist system is based," it said in a statement, claiming the protests were aiming to hold accountable the "oppressors."...

...A broad coalition of socialists and Marxists has jumped on the bandwagon, too. The Socialist Party USA, for example, announced on its website that it "supports the mobilizations to occupy Wall St. in New York and various cities across the US and encourages our locals to take part in these actions." The party, which aims to create a "new social order," is even broadcasting a live online video feed from the protests.

Notorious anti-capitalist agitators have recently started to draw attention to the so-called occupation as well -- busily touting it to anyone who will listen. Among the biggest names is "documentary-film" maker Michael Moore, who told CNN that the protests would soon spread across America.

The multi-millionaire even went to Wall Street in an effort to attract more media coverage for the occupation. "The people here have lit the spark," Moore said during a video-taped interview from the protest site (below). "These numbers will grow and they're going to grow all across the country."

I feel like I have missed an important post in between. I wouldn't be surprised if RJ flagged it off before countering it:

Sweeping generalizations aside, the belief that the protest is to make others pay the union's debts to the government makes no sense within the Sovereign context. I thought the government is an illusion, it's money has no value, and the debt is voidable via obnoxious paperwork and letters to the editor. So the real question is, why does this debt matter now? And how did unions rack up this debt?

Stupid, just stupid.

Also, Tea Partiers wouldn't know how to protest even if it bit them in the ass, so I wouldn't worry about a fellow tea partier getting his lawn chair lost in the scuffle, let alone near anyone who might make sense.

Here's a third party response. Perhaps this poster was the original author that RJ replied to.

Man the Guy below is off his rocker. The tea party is funded by the Koch brothers and big gas and oil companies. Wall street and 2% ( tbe elitists) are ruining democracy. They want democracy for the few by the few. If the protesters are organized the how come a clear goal?
Its a myth that most Americans don't pat taxes you moron. Anyone that thinks that communism is comming to this country vastly overblows the numbers of Communists in this county. I have yet to a commie in this county. Democratic socialists but never a commie.

Not exactly the best grammar, but it's still refreshing to read.

In closing, I have been such a thorn in RJ's ass that he posted this:

"Whatta you mean 'I'm not welcome?'"

I hate to break this to you, RJ, but your advice doesn't work. Craigslist may be basic, but it is not stupid.
