Revisiting the Notmygovernment.us forums

Forgive me for feeling nostalgic...

I wonder if LB Bork & friends have something new to say about me.

People like this more than like have no life, and since for what his personal reasons maybe he can not do what is required to come out of her as the bible has instructed us to do, so instead would rather bad mouth the good people doing the right thing, instead of helping to re-enforce the positive.
Short and to the point. I like that. But lets just say that we both have different sets of values - and I'm OK with that. However, I fail to see where in the Bible it instructs me to hitch my wagon to a sovereign citizen scam.

There has been a lot of conjecture from Psycho Boy, WoahNeo. Too bad all of it is nonsense; there is a lot of jabber on the Blog that has nothing to do with PAC or its objectives. In short, he misrepresents things a lot. This idgit will not even respond to people that challange his nonsense; lucky that a lot of people see through it. In example of his stupid statements, he stated "He" could care less about what the case of Dyett vs Turner says... Like he (who hides behind the Internet under a moniker) matters along with his opinions. What a laugh-job this guy is.

Only a butt-puppet for the New World Order would spend this much time "attempting" to discredit PAC
Impressive lie.

I don't care what Dyett vs. Turner (1968, Utah Supreme Court) says because it isn't legally relevant. Dyett v. Turner doesn't make a ruling on the 14th Amendment. The actual case is based on whether or not Gerald J. Dyett had exhausted his state remedies before applying for a writ of habeas corpus in federal court. It was decided that he did exhaust them, and the case was then turned over to Utah S.C., in which the same decision was reached. He knowingly and willingly waived his right to an attorney and a trial by jury by pleading guilty to check fraud. He was not entitled to habeas corpus.

Pay attention to this paragraph, emphasis mine:
We have spoken in the hope that the Supreme Court of the United States may retreat from some of its recent decisions affecting the rights of a sovereign state to determine for itself what is proper procedure in its own courts as it affects its own citizens. However, we realize that because of that Court's superior power, we must pay homage to it even though we disagree with it; and so we now discuss the merits of this case just the same as though the sword of Damocles did not hang over our heads.
The reason why Justice Ellett discussed the 14th Amendment for a large bulk of the decision was because he believed that the 14th Amendment circumvented state court and gave criminals a potential back door. But ultimately he cannot make a ruling against the 14th Amendment.

Though I have to admit, this is the most readable criticism of the 14th Amendment. I'll definitely make a separate blog post for Dyett v. Turner in the future.

The rest of the forums look exactly like I left it - unremarkable.

A PAC Success Story: Sarah Marie Chermak /// Reverse Engineering

Google search for Sarah Marie Chermak.

I stumbled upon "Broken Oaths" a long time ago while researching RJ Mills, and back then, I didn't know what to think of it. It was completely incomprehensible me, and I disregarded it as full blown crazy after lightly skimming through it. It had some connection to the People's Awareness Coalition, but I wasn't sure how. Hell, I didn't want to know how. I was too busy picking on RJ to care.

It wasn't until a week or two ago, doing a Content Audit on Voter Cancellation letter that I got a case of Déjà vu. I seen form letters like this before, and I remember that Bork complained on NMG that someone broke confidentiality with PAC. Could this be the person? (here and here)

Sarah Marie Chermak probably joined PACinlaw before 2002, and based on proximity, has probably met LB Bork in person. She has sent many letters to many state and federal officials, often to receive no response. When she did get something back, it was something to the effect of "We don't know how to fulfill your request." She also had a few run ins with the law (arrested in '04, posted bail and fled WI to AR) and a few problems with the IRS, which is not surprising. Nor is it surprising that she still believes that she's free of U.S. influence, and that LB Bork didn't scam her at all in any way.

Here's her testimonial on Ripoff Report (Comment #5), to counter the original report:

#5 Consumer Comment

PAC is on point

AUTHOR: Sarah Marie - Lead Hill (U.S.A.)

To Whom It May Concern at Ripoff Report:

In regards to the matter of PAC and LB Bork, I had completed the status correction process about six years ago. This process is impeccable. Other groups have all ignored or avoided the only point to address: the jurisdiction of the “United States”. LB's book entitled “Red Amendment” takes one through finely detailed history and irrefutable facts that outline and define the crux of our problems with this out of control corporation. The Red Amendment documents the sources drawn on to prove and support the fraud that has been perpetrated against all people of the fifty nations. During my process I have had the DOJ come to speak with me in where they questioned me on many different issues. I have a copy of their report in where it states, She will not be happy until she is out. This statement acknowledges there are definitely two different statuses/categories I can be in.

LB has spent many years and countless hours researching all points to reference and cross-reference his procedure. How LB uses the money in exchange for his information and procedure to keep things running is his business.

I have listened to others spout theories. Theories are like opinions; we all have them. I will take the facts, the truth, and the knowledge. Do not take my opinion here. Buy his book, The Red Amendment and read it for yourself. Then read the sources that are quoted and decide for yourself. Out of jail. In jail.

Sarah Marie Chermak
What does she even mean by "Out of jail. In jail"? Also, "She will not be happy until she is out" is just a general statement.

She went through the process sometime 2003 - however Exhibit G doesn't list this important detail anywhere. I'm not convinced that she ever got out, or even received a positive acknowledgement of her claims. Furthermore, I don't think that there is one single piece of evidence that proves her premise whatsoever. At the very bottom, Sarah leaves this tidbit for everyone:
This list is NOT inclusive.

These people and others are willfully involved in blatant violation of their oaths
to the Constitutions which place them in treason and sedition by design, ALL
military persons have a duty and obligation to intervene and hold these people
accountable as ENEMIES BOTH FOREIGN AND DOMESTIC.

Perhaps she has correspondences that irreparably damage her claims beyond the information she already laid out?

Despite this, I think that Exhibit G reveals a lot about the innerworkings of People's Awareness Coalition, and the innerworkings of its adherents' mental state. It's definitely worth studying.

R E V E R S E   E N G I N E E R I N G

Before I start, I must throw out my original assumption - that LB Bork doesn't do anything during the Nationality Correction process other than create a "State National" certificate, an ID card, and a license plate. LB Bork and his adherents definitely send something to the government. It also does more than nothing, it causes serious harm.

This is the apparent order one must go through to successfully become a "State National".
Phase 1:
  1. Buy the Red Amendment at $30 (or $35 for the deluxe version). Read up on website literature too.
  2. Request Nationality Correction Form, agree to contract, send Bork $225 as a down payment, and another $225 to start the process ($450 total, in blank money orders only).
  3. Pay for "State National" membership, at $300. Contract doesn't make it clear whether the membership fee is one time only. Failure to pay membership will probably disqualify the applicant. Contract also doesn't make it clear if license plate and ID card are included in that $300, or if they're extra; and if they have to be renewed yearly.
Phase 2:
  1. Fill out "Amended Verification of Process of Status/Nationality; Rectification: Exhausting of Administrative Remedies; Subsidiary Contract", send it to everyone. See Exhibit E.
  2. Fill out "Voter Cancellation Letter", send it to the State Elections Committee/Board.
  3. Fill out "To all Government Agents..." and send it to everyone. See figure 1.
  4. See Figure 2 below. Do all of that.
  5. Send letter requesting verification of "Amended Verification of Process of Status/Nationality; Rectification: Exhausting of Administrative Remedies; Subsidiary Contract" See Request Copy.
  6. Legally threaten anyone who gets in the way.

If government acknowledges your State National status, proclaim success. If not, repeat steps 1 - 6 in Phase 2. Hope that repeating these steps doesn't financially ruin you because of guru costs, USPS certified mail costs, state registry fees, IRS, and jail time.

Currently, Amended Verification of Process of Status/Nationality; Rectification: Exhausting of Administrative Remedies; Subsidiary Contract is my white whale. I have been looking up and down for that document and I can't seem to find it. However, I have found this:

Figure 1:

To All Government Agents Monitoring This Political Group:

To all Sundry by these Presents:

1) I, Scott Hostetter, Affiant, state that I am competent to testify and being of the age of majority affirm that my “yes” be “yes” and my “no” be “no” and that the facts contained in the instrument attached and incorporated hereto in exhibit are true, certain, correct, and not misleading under the penalty of the Law of bearing false witness.

2) I am executing this affidavit under my own free will, of full knowledge and, as being neutral, without any injurious intent to the United States, any state of State in or of the Union or the United States, or insurgent.

3) I am not trying to emancipate U.S. Citizens from your body politic. The United States needs citizen(s)/subject(s) to service it's debt; therefore, I am not trying to emancipate anyone.

4) I am not trying to provoke any U.S. citizen to rebel against the United States, the State of Iowa, the State of Nebraska, or any other corporate body politic to which they are members.

5) Refer to Johnson County Iowa Recorder, Book 4172, Page 787-928: Affidavit: Verification of Process of Status/ Nationality Rectification; Exhausting of Administrative Remedies; Subsidiary Contract

6) I am not a U.S. Citizen. I do not have a Social Security number. I do not have a State issued Birth Certificate. I do not have a State issued Driver's License. I do not have a State issued Marriage License. I am not a Registered Voter. I am not a member of the body politic(s) called the State of Iowa or the United States.

8) “Nemo Ex Consilio Obligatur” = “No man is bound for the advice he gives.

9) “Qui Tacet Consentire Videtur” = “He who is silent appears to consent.”

10) “Privilegium Est Quasi Privata Lex” = “A privilege is, as it were, a private law.”

11) “Cujus Est Commodum Ejus Debet esse Incommodum” = He who receives the benefit should also bear the disadvantage.”

12) “Que Sentit Commodum, Sentire Debet Et Onus” = “He who derives a benefit from a thing, ought to feel the disadvantages attending it.”

13) “In Maleficio Raithabitio Mandato Caomparatur” = “He who ratifies a bad action is considered as having ordered it.”

14) “Fraus Et Dolus Nemini Patrocianari Debent” = “Fraud and deceit should excuse no man.”

15) I am bound to serve my Master, the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob and His law; Therefore, “Thou shalt not deliver unto his master the servant which is escaped from his master unto thee. He shall dwell with thee, even among you, in that place which he shall choose in one of thy gates, where it liketh him best. Thou shall not oppress him.” Deuteronomy 23:15-16.

16) If a United States citizen chooses to lawfully leave their servitude I am bound by Deuteronomy 23:15-16 not to return them to their master and I am not allowed to oppress them.

17) “The citizen cannot complain, because he has voluntarily submitted himself to such a form of government...he owes allegiance to the two departments, so to speak, and within their respective spheres must pay the penalties.” U.S. v. Cruikshank, 92 U.S. 542 (1875).

Further Affiant sayeth not,
Executed this14th day of the ninth month, A.D. 2009, by:
Scott Hostetter, with reservation of absolute rights.
There's nothing in the metadata that could identify the author, but the document has all of LB Bork's hallmarks - connection with "Amended Verification...Status/Nationality", unnecessary Latin maxims, complete misunderstanding of U.S. v. Cruikshank (1875) (same quote even!) and other irrelevant court cases such as U. S. v. Seger (1965). Bork must have written this, and Scott Hostetter just filled in his name (whoever he is).

So this document, and Amended Verification of Process of Status/Nationality; Rectification: Exhausting of Administrative Remedies; Subsidiary Contract are affidavits. Interesting, but doesn't an affidavit require a public notary? Or is this like swearing an oath of office type thing? And if it's that, shouldn't there be a meeting between the official and affiant? Finally, where is the statement of truth? How can this thing be an affidavit at all?

Averment 3 looks like it came directly from Redemption Movement, such that citizens are collateral for US debt.

Sidebar: Can you imagine being a citizen of LB Bork's pre-14th state, where crazy shit like this is the norm, and anyone can draft their own shaky affidavit and legally skull-fuck you (via identity theft)? Christ, I'll take the current "Communist States of America" over Bork's dream world any day!

Anyway, this document got me thinking, is everything an affidavit in PAC services? Using the find function on Exhibit G, searching for 'affidavit', I pieced together a list of some notable affidavits, notices, etc.

Figure 2:
  • Affidavit of Negative Averment - just Googling this pulls up a mile long list of Sovereign examples. The one on Rochester Law looks like this, but is not indicative of PAC's (though the two groups are related. See my first post). Even JJ MacNab has one on her website
  • Notice of Fault - Also pulls up a list of sovereign links.
  • Notice of Default - added with 'pacinlaw', pulls up this interesting transcript: Moody Gillseppe interviews Bobby Loman for First Amendment Radio
  • Notice of Inquiry
  • Declaration of Nationality - appears to be part of Bork's package including Birth Record Protest, Governor's Oath, Bona Fide Contracts, and U.S. Currency Protest.
  • Whatever this is: Land-rec 5/2 Affidavit - ? G. Index Affidavit - ? Land-rec 5/2 Documentation of National Stat - ?  G. Index Documentation of National Stat - ? Affidavit of Wim van der Graaf -who? Findings of Fact - ?
  • Land Patent
  • Notice of Formal Cancellation of Federal Citizenship and Nationality
  • Notice of Immediate Removal of Private Property
  • Notice of Fault Opportunity to Cure
  • Demand for Due Process and Administrative Hearing
  • Notice of Treason and Cultural Genocide
So what's the point in sending all of these documents?

In short: To simulate a legal process. It's highly fraudulent and a great way to wreck one's self. Every state has a law barring this.

Check out the Bobby Loman interview. Somehow getting the documents into the register is a step in stopping the IRS from collecting. Don't ask me how they arrive to this. In the end, I'm absolutely sure that even if your are an illegal alien, a "non-illegal alien", or even a real Martian, if you have an obligation to pay taxes, then no citizenship status change will change that. Search for 'alien' in the Tax Protester FAQ for more.

Beyond that, it's all about looking legitimate enough for a stupid official to sign off on it. Someday, I'll expand this section further; But I'm getting the distinct feeling that every State National candidate is merely guinea pig to help refine Bork's nationality process. Bork is relatively a new comer (1999), and Sarah is one of his first customers.

S A R A H' S   E X P E R I E N C E

As I mentioned before, Sarah Marie Chermak must have known LB Bork some time before 2002 by proximity (City of Kiel is pretty far from Kieler WI, but much closer than most of Bork's adherents). I don't know if she has a predisposition to Sovereign ideology -- (e.g. formerly a tax protester, partook in the Redemption Movement, belonged to a survivalist group of some kind) -- or what compelled her to seek PAC services. I speculate that she wasn't in good financial health, evidenced here:
10.        February 14, 2002, To:  Preston Jones, Register of Deeds, cert. 7001
1940 0001 3972 3959, Wisconsin Open Records Provide specific statutes,
Wisconsin has taken primary lien hold interest on private property, present
contact info to proper party so that I may secure my own home.
13.        March 11, 2002, To:  Manitowoc County Treasurer, cert. 7001 2510 0005 6264 9840, Wisconsin Open Records and Uniform Federal Lien Registration Act, produce IRS official that has certified lien against private property, oath and bond, etc.
And LB Bork/PAC happened to be there when she was in need of real help.
30.        July 6, 2002, To:  Ed Brey, cc Steven Rollins, Notice of Protest, Upon
cashing enclosed check you are agreeing under penalty of perjury that there is
no fraud involved whether innocent, negligent, or reckless.
And together they aggressively send notices and affidavits. Her highlighting scheme is kind of confusing, but if it means what I think it means, she's threatening Ed Brey and Steven Rollins of potential legal action over some perceived breach in oath to public office because they will not handle the check to her standards. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong. (Steven Rollins - Manitowoc Corporation Council, Ed Brey - Manitowoc County Treasurer)
31.        July 10, 2002, To:  Racine County Department of Elections, cert. 7001 0320 0004 4097 9132, Second Notice of Voter Revocation.
I guess that Voter Cancellation Letter didn't work the first time.
38.         August 29, 2002, Letter received from Wisconsin Secretary of State.  Office of Secretary of State advised by DOJ not to file any documents in office
unless specific statutory for filing document.  Documents are not within statutory
authority of office; documents discarded.  Office not required to acknowledge
receipt of said documents.  We do so as a courtesy to discourage further
submittals.  Will discard further similar documents - no signature
.
Well, there you have it. That is the reason why she can't get anywhere with this.
39.        September 5, 2002, Thomas a, Sturdivant and Debra Strauss, special
agents from department of justice spoke with me from 4:35 pm to 6:30 pm
regarding my desire to cancel dual citizenship and become self-sufficient.

Meeting of the minds.
Nothing came of that, I bet.
75.        October 6, 2003, From: Division of Motor Vehicles, From Frank Busalacchi, need valid driver's license to drive.
76.        October 19, 2003, To:  Frank J. Busalacchi, Department of Transportation, cert. 7002 0860 0004 3058 6960, re: license, registration, insurance, Title 18 USC Sec. 31 definition of "Motor Vehicle."
77.        November 5, 2003, To:  Frank J. Busalacchi, cert. 7002 0860 0004 3058 7028, Notice of Fault, provide statement under oath with findings of fact and conclusions of law substantiating my status is subject to legislative jurisdiction of the State of Wisconsin.
79.        November 18, 2003, From: OGC, Wisconsin Department of Transportation, No compelling to register car and obtain driver's license.
80.        December 2, 2003, To:  Frank J. Busalacchi, cert. 7002 0860 0004 3058 7035, Notice of Default Stipulation, Affidavit of Wim van der Graaf in regard to Findings of Fact, A Priori Notice.
82. December 8, 2003, From: OGC, Wisconsin Department of Transportation, threatened with arrest.
Looks like she's trying to threaten Frank because he won't make an exemption in WI State motor vehicle license laws for her. DOT fights back. Meanwhile, she tries to send more notices and affidavits of wrongdoing to the Revenue Department and was subsequently arrested. But first:
117.        October 10, 2004, Jeremy Kamp refused to identify self after he
pulled me over. Kamp was hostile. Refused to present bond and/or license.
Said he doesn't need one. Threatened me, "I know all about you." "You're in big
trouble now." "You're going to sit in jail." Kamp made phone call. Was told
he called "the big guy." Pasket refused to speak with me. Threatened with
arrest. I said: "Isn't your job to take me immediately without delay to a
judge?" Kamp, "No, you're going to jail." Me. "I believe it is your duty to take
me without delay in front of a judge. Which one are we going before?"
Pasket left scene. Kamp left scene. No one around. So I left.
Creepy, but you had it coming. Of course, why learn anything from it when you can continue sending bullshit documents? Below, the actual arrest in her own words:
126.        November 22, 2004, Abduction, Kidnapping, rape, solitaire
confinement, physical endangerment, withholding of medical treatment, denial
of counsel, denial of phone calf, denial of due process, denial of proper courts,
denial of right to notify family as to whereabouts, denial of habeas corpus, etc.
by Wilkins, Pfefferle, Laun, Dietrich, Brockway, and others unknown to me at
this time but discoverable by records. I repeatedly requested to go before a
magistrate at scene when handcuffed, in car after abducted and kidnapped, in
sheriff's department. Repeatedly refused. Was mentally and emotionally in fear
of personal safety by Brockway. Inattentive driving; playing on computer. No
safety restraint applied to me. About halfway to Manitowoc, Brockway pulled
out a black pair of gloves and slid them on. Phone rang to the tune of the Lone
Ranger. Reason for actions states "On going problems." Repeatedly
requested to see a magistrate upon arrival to county jail.  ALL persons present
refused.  Friend handed over extortion money
So her entire world came crashing down because she couldn't be bothered to put on her seat belt and drive safely. Tsk tsk tsk...
162.        Went to Arkansas 1/4/05. In fear of life and safety
So she keeps doing her shtick with the IRS & FBI, and then flees the state (probably to avoid prosecution).

Fights over sheriff's bond:
172.        February 22, 2005, From: Steven Rollins, sheriff's bond is $25,000. birth date is 1/14/49.
173.        February 27, 2005, To:  Douglas LaFollette, Secretary of State,
Wisconsin Open Records Law, Admit/Deny bond exists for Wisconsin
Supreme Court Justices listed.
Before I regurgitate Exhibit G, she still isn't a "State National", and still has all kinds of legal problems. She still fights with the IRS over liens, and sent notices/affidavits to US Supreme court Justices, President George W. Bush, etc.. Later on she sends Notices of Treason and Cultural Genocide. I strongly recommend that you read this yourself, it's a hoot and an insightful look into a sovereign's mind.

In conclusion, Sarah Marie Chermak ought to ask herself if this is all worth it.

Sorry for the wait, still working on Historical Error

I dreaded the moment. There's just so smarminess to wade through, and I'm just too busy. I'm trying to tackle it piece by piece, every day I add to it. So far, I have the text dump, the old and new Historical Error in .jpeg format, and today I'm going to do some formatting and give it that blue-green background. Tomorrow, I'll be analyzing two pages a day. Hopefully, I'll be done with it next week.

-----------------------

On a side note, I was screwing on Quatloos on my off time today and noticed that the LB Bork thread had a new post. It's a stagnant thread, so I didn't expect this little gem to pop up.

buck09 posted this picture and text:
Bork now has a facebook fan page. You can see a photo of him promoting his stuff at a Tea Party Rally:
"I'm going to make an offer you can't understand."

I just lost it. Silk red shirt, pin striped jacket, combed back hair (there better not be a pony tail in the back), scruffy white beard. What a douche!

**UPDATE: In his profile, next to those two comics which I'm certain that he infringed, Bork has a picture of himself that confirms my worst fears - long hair pulled back into a ponytail. So he's a goon and a douche.**

Too old for Nickelback.

But wait, there's more! LB's Don't Tread on Me flag attached to a PVC tube. Such an act is sacrilege to the "Real Tea Party." You need a proper flagpole for that thing, asshole!

(I have to admit that I was too Commie to fully recognize that flag before I responded to buck09. It honestly looked like something else was written on it. Oh well, I'm allowed to have one dumb moment.)

But what ties the whole thing together: the ubiquitous Tea Party bus. Quick thought, why does it have caution tape all around it? If you lock the doors, nobody is going to get in. No need to break out the tape, guys.

To see Bork like this completely changes my perception of him. I thought he was a whole lot fatter (300+ lbs.), judging from his thumbnail pic. So congrats for not being a fat body, LB. But that douchey mobster look has got to go. Just because Jerry Kane died doesn't mean that there's a vacancy.

Thanks for the laugh, buck09.

Bro Talk: The Matrix

I have been running into more Matrix references in PACinlaw publications, that I can't ignore it anymore. I also plan on returning to this topic to expand/refine it later.

-----------
If there is one thing that LB Bork and PAC have in common with the rest of the sovereign leaders like David-Wynn:Miller, it is the bizarre fascination with The Matrix.

If you're not familiar with the movie, click here.

To me, it's strange that grown men would worship an action movie, let alone include it in their research material. Sure, it's a quotable movie, and it had good special effects, but it is not terribly deep. It's themes are self-explanatory (man v. machine, master slave relationship, humans as a power source, etc.), and the plot is fairly predictable. For example, the audience knows that good triumphs, even though they're not sure how considering the overwhelming odds. But they are sure that it will involve a lot of killing and pretty explosions.

One way or another, we all have seen something like The Matrix. When I first saw it, I immediately thought of Star Wars. A friend of mine who saw it with me felt the same way, but thought is was more like a cross between Star wars and Die Hard. Both of which feature an unlikely hero that faces an overwhelming evil, struggles against evil and sometimes self, and defeats evil.

The reality is that The Matrix is simply a new retelling of the same monomyth. The hero of every monomyth goes through the same cycle, so if you have seen one, you have seen them all. For example, Neo = Christ is a popular comparison that can be found in religious and non-religious academia.

What LB Bork treasures about the movie probably isn't any deeper than the movie's intellectual breadth. I posit that LB Bork finds this movie fascinating because it mirrors his projection of the sovereign citizens movement. He views himself to be just like Neo. Disturbed by the Waco Siege, Bork connects with others already in the movement who have been trying to free themselves from the oppressive government. Just like Morpheus training Neo how to bend the rules of the Matrix; sovereigns citizens trained Bork to know almost everything he needs to know about sovereignty from government (though I bet Bork would rather call himself an autodidact). Then finally, after six or seven years of research, LB Bork cracks the code and starts the People's Awareness Coalition (PACinlaw), just like Neo finally realizing his power and becoming the "One" as prophesied. Finally, both attempt to "wake up" others for the coming revolution - except LB charges them $450ea. first.

Another facet of LB Bork's projection is the violence. The Matrix fulfills his masculine power fantasies, that one man or small group can bring down an apparatus like the Matrix (or the government) through guerrilla tactics. It also features authority figures being killed (ex: Smith, guards in the lobby shootout), which is always a plus.

But like all things, The Matrix is aging, and it can't be relevant forever. There are plenty of new monomyths coming out of Hollywood that meet or exceed the PACinlaw's framework. Just recently, I had the chance to see Inception for the second time, and this time I couldn't get over just how easily I could incorporate that movie into PAC material. E.g. We're all in a dream world made by the government, and LB Bork is the man who tries to plant the seed of inception in all of us on different levels of consciousness. From it, we break free of the government's gulag-esque dream.

This leaves us with one question: Just how long until LB Bork abandons the Matrix for a newer and more relevant movie like Inception?  Place your bets below!

NMG Field Trip (part 10)

I have been thinking of an appropriate send off to the NMG series, but there's simply not much else that is worth commenting about. The forums just don't move that fast for me to care.

From the People Dividing the Movement subforum, Thread: "No, I am a State National." Gregory B tries to inject his own concept of "sense" into some UCC knuckleheads.

I've been engaged in a ideological battle of sorts with sovereign citizens, freemen on the land and followers of Tim Tuner on Facebook and to today I asked a practitioner of the UCC if he was a US citizen. This is his reply:

"No, I am a State National. My trust account is still a "citizen"/"franchise" though. I just used a different process. I have separated my natural self from the trust/franchise and taken the role of Administrator/Executor in it's use. To me, the franchise/trust is a tool, not just a name."

This is the second person to tell me that they were a State National and that they used a different process that utilizes the UCC to establish a state national status.

I've managed to pull a couple of people away from this line of thinking, but, most of these so-called patriots actually think that their rights are somehow derived from and protected by, the UCC. It's all about the UCC to them.

Oh, and by the way, I told him he was IN FACT still a US citizen.
NEWSFLASH: You're all US Citizens, you never renounced your federal citizenship or taken on a special status that makes you Immune to the Federal Government aka IRS. LB Bork's comment:
I have never heard of the maxim, 'You can have your cake and eat it too.'

The Uniform Commercial Code and all the private law these governments establish is predicated on the "citizen and national of the United States" status. You are either that person, or you are not.

What idiocy... That is what happens when the government releases plants to mess up the works.
Now more than ever, we need to separate ourselves from these idiots who buy into this nonsense.

These moronic people will never be part of State Nationals Society.
It says No Homers, we're allowed to have one! Furthermore from LB Bork:
Oh, and it is easy to tell who has stolen the concept of being a national of a state...

As it was I who branded the term "State National". Everyone from idgits, like BrotherB mentioned, to those disinformation artists at Family Guardian have plagiarized it and abused it to the point of confusion. Too bad these people are out there.

Not saying there is not a concept of law behind it...
Just saying the principles behind the term was researched and developed by PAC.

Also, it was I that started teaching people that each state is a republic about ten years ago. People like the above mentioned (Family Tardian) and Tim Turner are just disinfo agents/thieves that profit off such things.
Branded the term? Shouldn't it be discovered? You can't brand something that you claim already exists long before you. Otherwise, you might as well admit that the whole thing is an 'invention', or a fabrication to bilk desperate people.

Christ, the hubris in this thread. Moving on...

My case on why RJ should be kicked out of the PAC Alliance (bolding for emphasis):
We ask that you promote the PAC Alliance Program WebRing. We need many people on board networking via the Internet to intensify the strength of the Coalition and the Living Network. Below is the Banner for the WebRing.

To take part in the PAC Web Ring, we ask that you:
  • • Have read and support The Red Amendment
    • Be a member of the Not My Government Forum
Not be engaged in unsupported research
To add this feature to your website, blog, etc., go to this link and register and follow the instructions.

Godspeed!
Seriously, has LB ever read what RJ is churning out lately? LB really owes it to us - if he's going to hire someone to spam the forum mercilessly, then I demand for some quality control. I want pure PAC posts all the time and nothing else.

Now onto the meat of this field trip: The Not My Government Welcome Visitors thread features some dumb people with dumb opinions explain how they found Pacinlaw.

Remember that post that LB made on my blog about his organization not being racist, because they help/employ black people too? Let me refresh you:
Best posts? Hmmm... Into yourself? LOL No critical thinking from this Guy with No Life who hides behind the Internet, just cut and paste thoughts from Internet searches. Oh, and PAC has black people who work with us. FAIL. PAC material scares him so he has to do this. Poor little weak minded soul. Big loser on this one!
Well, I think I found LB's black friend! Ngone writes:
Greetings Members,

Thanks for the welcome and a special note of thanks to the moderator LeAnn for sharing with me about the Red Amendent, and the invitation to join this forum.

My name is Ngon'e Ada : Aw, I have been studying for quite a few years, and even though I am some what aware of the nature of the problems PAC seeks remedy for, I'm not yet sure if I'm in the right place, I know there is something very wrong with the current political situation in the United States and the world for that matter, but then as I reflect, there was also something wrong in 1776 for many of the people in this Nation. I have had the priviledge of living abroad in Ghana, West Africa, for 3.5 yrs, and that opened my eyes even more. being of African Descent, born in America, I find myself between a rock and a hard place. On one hand being born on this continent, and the other my Ancestors never really being a part of the orignal creation of the Union. So with that said, I am hear to learn and seeking a deep understanding of the issues from different perspectives, one size does not fit all in this circumstance.

I look forward to particaption and learning from the group.

Respectfully,

Sounds like a Moorish Science Temple of America adherent. In all seriousness, according to the SPLC, there has been a rise in African American sovereign citizen membership. It's weird to joke about it, but like the poor and hideously-in-debt farmers of the 1970's Midwest, African Americans also face the same desperation caused by poverty, and because of this, they are an easy target for sovereign ideology/schemes. (Anecdote: I actually saw an episode of Parking Wars on A&E where a black person used the sovereign citizen defense to ward off the tow truck driver. His car still got towed anyway.)

Chances are, LB (and PAC staff) do provide "services" to African Americans on a greater scale. It would be bad business sense not to. However, this doesn't absolve him of his racist views. We know that he acknowledges faith in Zionist conspiracy theories (RJ especially), and has issues with Islam, and has a hard time reconciling the racist past of his scheme (whitewashing and accusing critics of playing the race card).

Someday, when I get bored with Pacinlaw, I'll make a new blog about ethnically based sovereign citizen scams. It's really a fascinating topic.

Hello. My name is Alex. I am domiciled in the New Hampshire Republic. The road in front of me looks treacherous but I look forward with anticipation.

In a sense, the vibe I feel is similar to my first day of school when I was a boy. Sure, I feel a bit of apprehension due to the fear of the unknown but, in the same breath, I feel almost giddy with the thoughts of independence floating around inside my head. I know that the only thing I need to fear is fear itself. I am in the correct mindset for this undertaking and I simply need to prepare myself for the journey.
Don't get too attached to these feelings. All of them will come crashing down soon enough.

MoHawka stared into the Abyss, and the Abyss stared back at him:
 Hello everybody.

This is my first visit here and I wanted to get to know the people here and tell a little about myself. To start of with how i got here is a long story but a condensed version I will spill to you all. It all started with the H1N1 propaganda then I could never find the bottom of the rabbit hole. Then the other day I was surfin around on my phone looking at Title 4 says your flag is schwag info and some how came up on this site which seems might be educational/informational, but so far all I can really see is a bunch of propaganda trying to get me to buy some book. But anyway I understand that this false government has taken all our freedoms and has pretended to give us freedom for a very long time and I want to fix it, so I mainly want to get as much info as I can so I know how to proceed properly. And as a side note I have also discovered that our food, water, and air have all been contaminated with fluoride, gmo, and chemtrails (morgellons disease) I know this has noting to do with our sovereignty but I think that theses are all included with the lie because if we knew the ultimate lie the rest will fall apart as well.

Thats all for now I hope to able to help and be help with our cause.

p.s. Then the other day I was surfin around on my phone looking at Title 4 says your flag is schwag info and some how came up on this site which seems might be educational/informational, but so far all I can really see is a bunch of propaganda trying to get me to buy some book. With further review Its not so much propaganda but the necessary first step after first realizing the truth of the 14th Amendment.
Most conspiracy theories are connected to each other such that it's easy to "fall through" them. Unfortunately, whatever critical thinking faculties MoHawka once had were easily defeated by a heaping load of bullshit.

Silver Dave probably came from a more religiously oriented sovereign citizens group.
Shalom Ya'll !!

My name is David and currently live in the nation of Tennessee. I eventually came to this website as a result of searching how to correct my relationship with the governing authorities of this world. If you want to learn to live by the Creators perfect law rather than the laws of men, I believe you have arrived at the right place to start that education process.

This comes with a warning though: If youre looking for a quick fix or wish to remain ignorant, you'll be disappointed. There's a lot to learn and I still have a long way to go, myself.

First of all, read the "red amendment. It's tough, but it's worth it. Second, dedicate yourself to an ongoing education and don't give up. Anything worthwhile comes with a price but with the Father, all things are possible.

I welcome you and hope to see more of ya

Hey all!!

Been a member for about 6 months. Am trying to wrap my brain around issues involved with becoming a State National. Hope to one day take the "big step". I have not read The Red Amendment yet. I have it started...it makes my brain hurt. I think it's much like working out in a gym. You have to build yourself up a bit to handle the heavy stuff. I'm getting there. DL'd a Blacks Law dictionary the other day to help me out. I think I'll be ordering a hard copy of the dictionary soon.

I have, in the last 3 months or so, joined Facebook. Provided some folks the PAC link.

I was pleased to be able to pass it on.

Thanks LB for all your work!!
What a strangely stupid, yet accurate post.

Good morning to you all in the PAC community! I am NEW NEW NEW to this posting business...So I hope I catch on quicker than my first attempt here! I watched the Deprogramming video which led me to look more through the site and listen to the radio interview with LB Bork which led me to my very first attempt at signing up for this...what do I call it?...a blog? See how NEW I am to all of this? Oye!! So, suffice it to say that I am very excited to continue on this journey of awakening and gaining back all of the years of being dumbed down by society, media, and the educational system. Thanks for allowing me into the fold.
I guess that "Deprogramming video" (aka The Matrix trailer) is effective. Who would have thunk it?

This next user, eastcoastwesty, is a victim of the early Craigslist bos /pol/ spam effort (Nov. 23, 2010). I don't know how well my containment policy is working now, but I take one loss very seriously. My first few CL posts weren't all that effective.
Good Day All,

What lead me to the PAC educational sites was a posting that I happened across while doing a job search on CraigsList. I am not sure who wrote that post, but it got me thinking again about issues that I had buried back in my mind 15 years earlier.

In sadness and disbelief, I watched what happened at both Ruby Ridge and Waco unfold on my TV. Those atrocities got me motivated for obtaining my REAL education about what the US Government had become. Scouring the internet for hours on end, reading more books than I ever had in school, I began to realize that I wanted no part in what I thought was MY government. So my personal answer was to "drop out" of the system in all ways I could think of. My only problem was that I had not realized how many different (and ingenious) anchors that this US federal system had me tied to - that is until I read the Red Amendment!

Since finding that CraigsList posting, I have read LB's book, logged many hours on the various PAC sites and have started my status change to become a State National from the great Country of Massachusetts - a Mass National!

Thank you LB, for both finding the right path AND showing us the way.

Hello everyone William Wallace here,

I'm very excited to get to know everyone.

I stumbled across the link on The Daily Paul while doing some research on another movement out there. A disinformation movement I'll add.

I've been studying this kind of stuff for about 25yrs. now. Everything I had studied up until this time was never complete. It just seemed like bits and pieces of a much bigger puzzle. I hope I've found a home where I can rest from all the disinformation and learn what's really going on.

In the same vein, The Daily Paul is another one of RJ's stomping grounds. The difference being is that I don't have the time to police every right wing website, hence my blog's existence.

60 Minutes piece: Adask and Bork's thoughts.

If you haven't browsed the comments section for the 60 Minutes piece, you should do so now. The butthurt is astounding. I don't think that the finest trolls on the internet could ever master trolling as well as the folks at 60 Minutes.

I decided to take a trip up to Alfred Adask's website, to see what he thinks about his appearance on last Sunday's piece. Well, he has a lengthy response about it, and he's not too pleased, but ultimately felt that he did well. I have a few thoughts on it below:
  • He likens the piece to a witch-hunt, but from my understanding of witch-hunts (Salem Trials, the McCarthy era), the 60 Minutes piece is nothing in comparison.
  • There's no connection made between Jerry Kane and Alfred Adask. 60 Minutes never made the connection.
  • Alfred's writing is weird. He claims one thing, and then hedges it later (Ex: I'm being linked... I'm implicitly being linked. Why not say the latter the first time around?)
  • Apparently he's not a gun owner. Whoops! My mistake.
  • Despite having a short wave radio show and a magazine, he lives in a rented trailer, and was evicted because landlord didn't want a Ruby Ridge on his property. The actual interview was shot in a nearby hotel lobby.
  • Uses God as a mechanism to make bad moves/distance himself or disown bad ideas: "My landlord thought I was a fool—and he might be right.  But, as I said, the Good LORD had opened that door, so I had to walk through."
  • Part of Adask's demeanor in interview is based on his feeling that he was being set up because they kept asking him the same question over and over regarding 2nd Amendment Solutions on politicians.
  • Has a strange concept in advertisingByron Pitts told me that 60 Minutes reaches between 12 and 18 million viewers each Sunday.  Let’s suppose 15 million watch my interview tonight and 14 million leave absolutely convinced that Alfred Adask is the biggest a-hole that’s ever been on TV.  By the time the program is over, those 14 million may all be convinced that I belong in a cage in Guantanamo. But that still leaves one million listeners who might see through the editing, see through the bias, and understand my “warning”.  That’s more people in 12 minutes, than I’ve probably reached in the past 21 years.  As a watchman, there’s no way I can pass up that opportunity. Good for you for passing your milestone. But don't forget, there's probably a few IRS agents who have watched the program, and plan on taking a closer look at your file because of that interview.

Feel free to check out the archive if you want to hear it Alfred's voice. I'm thinking of hosting the archived .mp3 file, but I don't want to get into a copyright battle. I'll shoot wwfar.com an Email about it some time.

So how is LB Bork and RJ coping with the 60 Minutes piece?

JJ MacNab's thread moved up to front page. A quick excerpt of the first post:
The thing is, I can agree with most of what she says. Too bad about her assuming things. Nontheless, reading her material, she must believe in involuntary servitude by the way she thinks. If you want to understand the psyche of this "woman (term used loosely)", just one look at the posts she makes on her sites:

LB's sexism is showing here. No true woman would question LB Bork and his scheme for they must obey men as commanded in the Bible.
Now to the real reason for updating this thread:

May 15, 2011

Byron Pitts reports on a movement the FBI now considers one of the nation's top domestic terror threats

"What is a sovereign citizen?" Pitts asked J.J. MacNab, who has been studying sovereign citizens for a decade. "Sovereign citizen, in its simplest form, believes that he is above the law," she explained. MacNab has testified before Congress and is writing a book about the movement. "He has a twisted sense of history and he thinks that people who lived in the 18th century were free of all legal constraints. And they want to return to that time now," she said. Jerry and Joe Kane were part of an anti-government movement whose roots date back to the racist Posse Comitatus of the 1970s and the Montana Freemen of the 1990s. Convicted Oklahoma City bomber Terry Nichols was a sovereign citizen. And tax filings by actor Wesley Snipes, convicted of tax evasion in 2008, include numerous examples of sovereign language. "(The) Average sovereign citizen today is 30-35, and is in economic dire straits. They've probably lost their job. They've probably lost the wife," MacNab said. Asked if they're paranoid, she told Pitts, "Many are." "Conspiracy theorists?" Pitts asked. "Most are," she replied.
SHOULD I REALLY COMMENT ON THIS  Smiley

Anyway, I am not a "Sovereign Citizen". Who came up with this anyway?
And a Conspiracy Theorist"? No, I tend to like to prove unlawful-secret plots with evidence.
I got into "Truth Seeking" when I was over thirty... Not that those MacNab comments were all that accurate.

Finally, "racist Posse Comitatus"... You have got to be kidding?!? LOL  * More on Posse Commitatus below

* POSSE COMITATUS NOTES

JJ's version, which may be some agent provocateur operation for all we know...
RIGHT-WING EXTREMIST GROUPS OF INTEREST. The Posse Comitatus (from the Latin phrase meaning "force of the county") is a loosely organized far right social movement that opposes the United States federal government and believes in radical localism. There is no single national group, and local units are autonomous. From American Fraud
The real Posse Comitatus, from the Homeland Security Website...
History. The original 1878 Posse Comitatus Act was indeed passed with the intent of removing the Army from domestic law enforcement. Posse comitatus means “the power of the county,” reflecting the inherent power of the old West county sheriff to call upon a posse of able-bodied men to supplement law enforcement assets and thereby maintain the peace. Following the Civil War, the Army had been used extensively throughout the South to maintain civil order, to enforce the policies of the Reconstruction era, and to ensure that any lingering sentiments of rebellion were crushed. However, in reaching those goals, the Army necessarily became involved in traditional police roles and in enforcing politically volatile Reconstruction-era policies. The stationing of federal troops at political events and polling places under the justification of maintaining domestic order became of increasing concern to Congress, which felt that the Army was becoming politicized and straying from its original national defense mission. The Posse Comitatus Act was passed to remove the Army from civilian law enforcement and to return it to its role of defending the borders of the United States. From The Myth of Posse Comitatus
As you can see, the United States was out-of-line. And, the term "rebel" as used against the falsely named "Civil War" is also an out-of-line propaganda term. The courts even refer to it as "War Between the States" as a civil war is internal to a nation. Point, there was no "rebellion" against the United States. Check the "real" law on this. This abuse of the United States is cause for some people to be upset. Truth does not make someone "anti-government".

Here is the paper I wrote, thanks to JJ MacNab and her ignorance The Origin of Sovereign Citizens
Interesting deflection there, LB. The Posse Comitatus Act of 1878 is not related in the way that you think it is. She's talking about a real movement. Here's everything else Google pulls up. It's well documented, and part of your theories come from that movement.

Sidethought: I still find it amusing that LB loathes being called a Sovereign Citizen, but still acts like one.

Here's the real 60 Minutes thread. Some quick snippets:
SPREAD THE WORD - 60 MINS CLIP SUNDAY YOUR TIME ZONE ON THE SOVEREIGN MOVEMENT

CBS 60 Minutes is going to do a hit piece on the Sovereign Citizen movement this Sunday May 15th featuring Jerry Kane and Alfred Adask. We need people to watch it and then email or write CBS with their displeasure at the skewing of and propagandizing of this movement.

Anti-government "guru" explains doctrine. Ever heard of the sovereign citizen movement? Alfred Adask explains the straw man theory and other anti-government beliefs to "60 Minutes."
LB Bork: Garbage referral service. Surely not the only one.

Did you see this 60 min interview with cops and so-called sovereign citizens yesterday?

http://www.policeone.com/Officer-Safety/articles/3679870-60-Minutes-focuses-on-s...

The story fails to point out what I told Clem Taylor, a producer of the segment repeatedly:
The patriot movement (incuding sovereign citizens) arises as a direct consequence of crime in government
(by government employees under color of law).

The show pointed to the SWAT murder of father and son educators Jerry and Joe Kane in a Wal-Mart parking lot as JUSTIFIED by the notion that they had murdered the police chief's son and nephew during a traffic stop on an I41 offramp near West Memphis Arkansas last year.  Donna Kane, Jerry's widow, has filed federal lawsuit for torture killing against the SWAT and their seniors.  She has proven uncontrovertibly that Jerry and Jo did not kill those cops, and that the SWAT murders of J and J amounted to an execution for their activism, as targets of opportunity.  I know Donna personally and have listened to her explain in detail how the cops altered some evidence, suppressed other evidence, and lied about J and J, who had nothing to do with the cops' deaths.

Thus, CBS used its bully pulpit to smear J and J, justify their SWAT murder, and justify nationwide persecution of innocent sovereign citizens (fed up with government crimes in courts, by cops, and by the IRS) across America.  Apparently they do so under direction of the Anti Defamation League and Southern Poverty Law Center, both Pinko groups whose leaders and propagandists hate seeing Americans stand up for their rights against government crooks, in spite of that very purpose symbolized by their names.

Let us face a harsh reality here.  IF cops or other government employees abuse people or stomp on their rights, under color of law or not, they thereby BEG for their own assassination by people who righteously, and justifiably, HATE crime in government.  The Chief and his son may have had a reputation for abusing people.  CBS refused to address that important issue.  The evidence showed that they stopped a white van with an orange roof (which J and J's car did not have) and hispanic men killed them with automatic machine guns that fired bullets in such quantity as to eliminate the Kanes from the suspect list, for the Kanes did not have weapons that could put that amount of metal (28 rounds, according to CBS, but Donna indicated many more than that) into those cops.

J and J had an AK47.  It does not shoot the kinds of bullets found in the cops' bodies.
J and J had no other automatic weapons.

Bottom Line, J and J did not kill those cops, and SWAT killed J and J, and CBS implied J and J did kill the cops.  Clem Taylor failed to include Donna Wray's comments in the story, even after I gave them her contact info and told them they needed her story to get at the truth.  Apparently CBS does not care about the truth and only wants to make cops hate sovereign citizens.  I expect to hear an increasing array of stories about cops abusing people as a result.
I have seen crazy theories regarding Jerry and Joe Kane's last moments on Earth, but none this stupid. Bob Hurt is definitely from another planet.
