Information here...
YA BRAH, I"M TOTALLY THERE FOR SECOND HALF! Nope, never mind, looks like I'll have to listen to the first half (the March 29th broadcast) until Alfred updates it.
Now, I heard of LB's voice before, on that video of the Scooter McGee radio show that's floating out there on the internet, and it sounded like a typical call in - flat, static-y. I turned it off five minutes into whatever LB had to say, I just couldn't get over how much of a douche Scooter McGee is. He, and people like him, are the exact reason why I leave the auto-scan button on in hopes to find some good music. So when I tuned in to the Alfred Adask's "American Independence Hour", I was pleasantly surprised. Alfred is crazy, but he doesn't fuck around when it comes to sound mastering.
And for the first time, I noticed that LB Bork's voice sounds like a cross between my uncle and whoever narrates the Dodge commercials. Not that I have anything against that accent, it's just that I now have this memory of my uncle talking in my head, telling me how he likes calling up the ATF and asking them what alcohol he and his hunting buddies should drink since they're already smoking the best domestic cigars over their successful hunt and the agent says "Makers Mark. Always"
If you're curious, LB is right about that "Monsanto + PAC" in the search engine, but it doesn't bring up anything like the flagship website, just an old thread about Monsanto on the NMG forum. For some reason, this confuses Adask into thinking that LB might have an affiliation with the biotech company.
Oh God, we're going through the bio.
-Human Resources v. Personnel Department - Thinks human resources sounds overtly authoritarian. (personally, I don't really care one way or the other about the difference.)
-Married mid 80's, wife used to work in a bank (big city central processing bank).
-"Woke up" during the Waco Siege.
-Lol, emailed thousands of people over his Human Resources Discussed paper. I'd trashcan that shit so hard.
-Goddamnit Adask, you just said the same exact thing that LB said about Human Resources, but in a dumber, long winded way. It's like you didn't even listen to LB.
-promotion of volunteering to pay tax via section 2 of the 14th Amendment - if Native Americans were taxed, and they're were natives that weren't taxed, were they volunteering?
-plugging the Historical Error document + his weird interpretation of section 2.
-LB sounds flustered. It's as if every question Adask asks is too loaded to be answered, and LB isn't nearly as versed in 14 Amendment to answer it. Whole lot of stalling by LB. But when he gets to it, he believes that the govenment tricked people into rebelling against their lawful government.
-dictionary definitions of insurgent in old dictionaries. not terribly relevant to what Adask asked.
-civil war stuff.
-definition of people in we the people (people = ruler).
-lol, the Matrix.
-"You see, this and that, (with some kind of citation), and my entire interpretation of things not terribly relevant."
-lol Adask's theme song. I thought it was a joke the first time I heard it. Guess not. Though that "Cult of Personality" song that's underneath the shortwave ad will forever be kickin' rad.
-Pluggin' websites. lol, adask making fun of LB's web ring. Seriously, LB, what in the fuck is wrong with you? You only need one website.
-Big t, small T territories. Apparently there's a distinction.
(I'm just gonna listen to the rest, they're just talking, waxing philosophic. Adask stroking his publication).
-lol. No dad, you don't understand, this country is dead.
The second half of this isn't as good as the first half, I can't blame LB on this, there just isn't a whole lot to talk about. I found it hilarious that Adask said that he could talk forever on this every night with him, and laughed heartily, and LB gives this dead "yeah".
Every time I expect Adask to hold LB to his answers, LB sort of squirms out of it, and Adask just continues as if it were an acceptable answer. It's typical, considering that they both share the same views. Adask hears what he wants to hear, things that confirm his own beliefs, even if they don't satisfy what he's asking. That's my biggest problem with this show.
One can tell that LB really wanted to have a real conversation, but soon as he says something, Adask just doesn't shut up, he acts like he's the expert of LB's material. That has to be irritating as fuuuuck. Why go on the show if the host is hogging your expertise?
But basically, the things that were said on the radio show are not different than what's on PACinlaw. One of these days I'm going to do a full line by line analysis of everything on that website. Maybe when this blog (begrudgingly) gets out to 100 posts.
Hey, Blog boy... You are sure a moron. You blather on and say absolutely nothing.
ReplyDeleteDo you live with your mother?
Hey LB, long time no read!
ReplyDeleteI heard that you're so scared of driving that some woman has to drive you around.
Is this true?
