New trolls (not that exciting!) (76, 77)

Mentioned in my RJ starting up his spam machine post, RJ recently made a few new scam posts, but that is all. I don't know if there's more in store.

While I was sure that RJ posted that "Public Declaration of the Original Proprietary Citizenship" post, I wasn't too sure if the crowd was the same. So I did my usual introductory post, hoping that others would join in.

I'm not sure what the original intention is in posting that document, but it definitely appears to belong to a sovereign citizens scam, from a very long time ago (March 21, 1970). It doesn't appear to be redemption movement as it predates it, but it seems to have the hallmarks of one- the belief that a proper name is spelt with a hyphen and colon - (first-middle: last ex: John-Doe:Smith. though this one seems to want "family" noted before last name, with brackets around it and a semi colon ex john-doe;[family smith] ) as this spelling detaches one from his Federal identity/strawman, the use of ancient law dictionaries and outdated sections of law instead of the current law, and the use of gimmick words like sovereign and organic.


Interestingly enough, since the document mostly refers to Illinois, it seems to be set up for Mass. residents at the bottom, and dated to this current year. Is there an active sovereign citizens group operating in Mass? Also, it seems to have all of it's original racist Christian Identity roots., which I find very fascinating. Apparently, only a "Free white man" has the right to do this, to execute this civil right of escaping this 14th Amendment federal government and regaining "state/territorial" citizenship. No Asians, Blacks, and Hispanics allowed, as the 14th Amendment only applies to them, and therefore "trapped" by it. Hell, I don't think my Sicilian blood is even allowed. I always thought these scams have moved on from their racist past, as discriminating ethnic groups is a bad business plan, but I guess this group wants to achieve racial purity in their ranks.


The intention of said document is "assist" people in tax defiance (see natural right #6). It's your life to do as you please, but you should be aware that tax defiance/filing bogus IRS documents, checks, liens is illegal and will result in jail time + stiff fines + back taxes. It's one thing to go protest taxes at a tea party convention, it's another thing to skip filing entirely. No tax defiance method works, and the IRS have definitely seen this one before. If you were duped into believing that this works, but still intend to pay your taxes, you should call the FBI/IRS about it. Desperate people make bad mistakes all the time - and this document doesn't do anything except screw you in court if you use it in your defense.


Point being, don't be a sucker. The tax/spiritual guru that drafted this pays his taxes so he can continue scamming others, while leaving the victim out to dry when the IRS visits. There are no honor among these thieves. Pay your taxes - it's simple and infinitely better than jail time.

It is seen that you use fear tactics to keep the people from actually finding the truth of an illegitimate government, a false government you seem to be protecting. How and where are you employed within, to maintain the illusion that it is the legitimate Government of the Organic Constitution.

I hope you don't mind me asking, I find that document to be inconsistent with Pacinlaw material.

Yep, that's it folks. I never got a response back. RJ is still a deadbeat pussy. Why argue when you have a product to sell?

I don't think RJ will ever understand just how racist he's being, and this is the most racist he has ever been. It's blindingly obvious. He might as well join a white supremacy group, assuming that this new found group doesn't count.

It's times like these that I'm proud of not being white enough to belong to a sovereign citizens group like this one. I wouldn't go anywhere that wouldn't want me, and I'll direct others to do the same.
