NMG Field Trip (part 4)

On the last field trip, I overlooked this powerful little gem: the calendar. Let's see what LB Bork is up to:
April 2011 - Event(s):
April 05th, 2011 (LB Bork)
LB Bork will be on with Alfred Adask on “American Independence Hour”.

Broadcast at 10:00 PM central time, Tuesday.
That's a late time to be broadcasting anything on the short-wave. I'm definitely tuning in (via clicking on .mp3 file as soon as it becomes available). The radio host, Alfred Adask, appears to be a whole load of crazy - so this should be interesting. I wonder if LB Bork will go ape shit if the host has a differing opinion?

Also, what is it with divorce/child support that turns people into anti-fed types?

------------

We left off finishing the entire Insurgency Agents section, lets continue moving from the bottom up and review Republic v. Democracy. If you're wondering what that even means, think of a republic as the constitutionally granted government, and democracy as a stepping stone towards Marxism.

Two Parties with One Face.
How the "two party" system works as one causing the destruction of the States.
I half expected a thread that provides proof, but I guess I'll have to sift through LB's shit to find it. Instead, there's a thread titled 2010 Census is a farce. It's a treasure trove of stupid, so if you want to take it seriously, click on the link. In short form: LB Bork doesn't believe that State Nationals are subject to enumeration because (in bold):

That's right!

Page 141, footnote 432, of the RED for those that have the book.
Had to look it up
432/ After the correction of your nationality you are “without the United States”. Moreover, you are not a “resident” as long as you are in the republic, not in this state. Further, you are an alien to the “United States”, however you are not a non-resident alien as found in the tax code; you are not a resident, but an alien to the United States. Lots of people that keep the system in place by fence walking (the gray area).
As a matter of law, if there is no evidence that you are a State National, a fraud is being commited.

See this information : www.pacinlaw.org/people
Also, a state isn't a state, people are corporations, so there's no way to legally determine apportionment via door to door enumeration. LB seriously believes this.

Further proof that LB Bork doesn't understand the Census - they wind up the year before the Census to do mass hiring and address canvassing, and do a full blown census on the decennial year. After that, it's over. It shouldn't be surprising at all that their website went down after 2010.

Look at this scary quote from the Census website...

How We Count America
The census numbers tell us who we are and what we need.
Before we begin a new chapter in American history, we need to understand who we are right now.
The 2010 Census aims to count all U.S. residents—citizens and non-citizens alike.
http://2010.census.gov/2010census/how/how-we-count.php
What the hell is that suppose to mean?
Nonetheless, they are admitting the fraud in their own words.
Surprise... That page is gone
These people are weel on the way to the genocide program under world order totalitarianism.
There are 308 million "residents" in the US... A resident is a thing under private law.
http://www.census.gov
Furthermore:
The point is, the 14th Amendment Insurgents are not even following the rules of their insurgency.
Why in the hell would they follow your rules about their insurgency, it it's their insurgency?

Most of the thread is about members complaining of census workers, telling them that they have no right to know anything beyond how many people are there.

I want to know who gave them the right to come on my property and leave a census on my door handle. I happen to own 3 mobile homes on the same block. All three of them were tagged with this sh*t. I would like to have them arrested for littering my property. Their main question is how many people live in my house. I don't live in my house. I live in my body. I may sleep here but I don't live here. The unlawful government will get nothing from me. They already came around and got GPS readings on every house. They will tie your answers on the census to that GPS so they will know when they have everybody rounded up.
Which Wizard killer responded with a Second Amendment solution:

I hope they don't mind if I exercise my index finger and send some PB covered in CU into their heads if they start rounding us up... (atomic table folks)
You really have to read the whole thread, it's unintentionally hilarious and frightening.

If you're looking for misogyny, look no further than the forum introductory thread labeled 14th Amendment and the Communist Party. To him, the 19th Amendment (women's suffrage) brought about the next stage in communist takeover by destroying the family unit. The first stage (14th Amendment) established "mobocracy", allowing those pesky citizens to vote without land ownership - a prereq. for Communism.
Download the grammatical sentence diagramming of Section 2 of the 14th Amendment; it states:
  • When a “voter” is denied the right to vote, except for rebellion (or other crimes), that “voter” is excluded from the count used for congressional Representatives.
In other words, you are denied the right to vote and not represented, unless you participate in rebellion
That doesn't make any sense. Am I supposed to read this out of order?
They may have decided that the women did not have the right to vote, but Susan B. Anthony had it wrong: It is a crime for state citizens to vote under Section 2 of the 14th (i.e., they must rebel), not citizens of the United States.
Section 2 of the 14th Amendment says nothing of the sort:
Section 2. Representatives shall be apportioned among the several States according to their respective numbers, counting the whole number of persons in each State, excluding Indians not taxed. But when the right to vote at any election for the choice of electors for President and Vice President of the United States, Representatives in Congress, the Executive and Judicial officers of a State, or the members of the Legislature thereof, is denied to any of the male inhabitants of such State, being twenty-one years of age, and citizens of the United States, or in any way abridged, except for participation in rebellion, or other crime, the basis of representation therein shall be reduced in the proportion which the number of such male citizens shall bear to the whole number of male citizens twenty-one years of age in such State.
Meaning if a state decides to restrict a 21 year old male from voting, that state would be punished with a reduction of congressional representation (unless that male is a criminal or a participant in a rebellion). I hate to break this to you LB, but a little law school education couldn't hurt.

WIZARD calls him out on it, and LB responds:
And, NO... You are missing the negative nature of the statement. Reverse it: By participating in rebellion, a voter is given the right to vote and he is included in the count for congressional representation.
LB, you clearly smoked yourself stupid. Please lay off the weed.

Maybe communism isn't the end game? Communism is apparently the blue print for fascism, and we all know where fascism leads - Hitler! Otherwise, I'm not entertaining his dumb Karl Marx conspiracy theory.

LB Bork writes to Dennis Kucinich and expects a response even though he's a senator and receives thousands of emails each day (last post).

LB Bork doesn't believe in compromise. The second link is probably where LB learned enough about the Hegelian Dialectic to put it in the Red Amendment, first edition. Source appears to be problematic and spiteful, but an in depth explanation is well beyond the scope of this field trip. I'll 'sperg out about it in the future.

Stay tuned for Nothing Happens by Accident and The Conspiracy Corner. Why they differ? Fucked if I know.

  1. Hmmm... The East Coast Psycho Boy speaks. LOL

Poor, scared little Marxist Monkey. Have you paid your Plank 2 of the Communist Manifesto income tax this year yet?

If you had more than 2 brain cells working in unison, I would be surprised.
