Just in case you forgot, the post below is about the ripoff report.

Man, what took you so long? We miss you sooooo much! (yech!)One complaint from an extortionist who is not all that bright. WOW! Followed up by responders that are also not all that bright. WOW! I can't wait until the IRS catches up! Protip: If LB Bork's service did as advertised, with a decent service, that ripoff entry would not even exist! WOW!
The link has been posted before on the Boston pol section. Many times. It is also the very first link on a Google search for "LB Bork". Don't act like you went to great lengths to find it.
-------
>>>The person that posted this is being deceptive as he failed to provide the link. This is a typical tactic by someone who deceives… It is called "Exculpatory Evidence", as they left out the link on purpose so to hide the evidence. Also, it is an ad hominem based attack… They are attempting to distract from the volumes of relevant free information from People’s Awareness Coalition as to keep people ignorant. This is a typical type move by someone when they have no retort. Aside that, the Coalition does not depend on the Internet for sales, and we have anyone interested in working with us talk to others anyway. Out base is that of people who work in local community, which is the end goal in our education.-------
I'm pretty sure that PAC does depend on the internet for sales, considering how seriously you're defending the organization, aside from the heaping spam you're about to shovel on the politics board.
--------
>>>In short, the guy noted in the post owes money for breach of contract and used the source for attempting to break the contract through extortion by posting on the site. Anyone that reads the whole post (is why these deceivers who posted this without the link) would find the guy was wrong and admitted it. Moreover, there are several posts of other people that said that there are absolutely no issues with PAC… How do you think the Coalition has been around for over ten years? One complaint from an extortionist who is not all that bright. WOW!-------------
Nice try by someone that is also into cheating and deceiving aside the extortionist. Must be an attorney, it appears; as their income flow depends on deception.
You just solidified why the LB Bork is a scam artist. There's no service, just pretend paperwork paid with BLANK MONEY ORDERS to a PO box in Kieler WI, backed up by a contract that gives the scammer full control to do nothing, not like his service did anything to begin with.
The delusional posters below are probably sockpuppets. WOW, A+++++ would do again is hardly a defense.
Sidebar: Do a Google search on Anne Marie Chermak... talk about not learning how to keep a low profile. It's searches like these that almost make me want to keep a pin-up map of aggregated names and addresses (too late!).
2181623243 Jan 26 11 12:25:21 PM bos politics Pacinlaw, scams, and the ripoff report
LB Bork and PACINLAW is such an obvious scam, I don't know how anyone can fall for it.I never got a response to that. I sometimes wonder if this is worth the effort, arguing with facts.
LB Bork is an internet asshole, playing Da Vinci Code with the Constitution (an ineffective tactic in court), without any credentials to say that he has any expertise in what he does. He doesn't say that he's an attorney, and that he has 20+ years of experience with a 90% success rate or anything like that. He doesn't provide any information regarding where he studied law, or where he's licensed to practice. He's just regarded as an "expert" in constitutional law. If that doesn't set off one big red flag, then reading his thoughtfully schizophrenic website should do it. Unfortunately, the Anti-fed/Sovereign Citizens/tax evaders aren't all that smart and will do anything to evade taxes (Except flee to a desert island), like giving this scam artist with an easy source of income.
LB Bork provides a "service" that changes the citizenship of the applicant to their state. It is essentially no more effective than a rock is at keeping tigers away. Some of his marks believe that his "service" is actually effective, but I'd hold out until one of them wins a court case for tax evasion, assuming they're real people and not LB Bork. Hell, even the contract makes no guarantee that after the "service" can keep the Federal Government away. Another big red flag.
The "service" requires mailing in BLANK MONEY ORDERS. If this isn't the biggest red flag of them all, I don't know what else is. Also requires the purchase of his book too. And if you want anything extra, like legal help, it will cost you extra in BLANK MONEY ORDERS. (I wouldn't be surprised if his scheme is priced out like Scientology, with multi-tier memberships.)
The contract LB Bork uses gives him the right to terminate the "service" over any little problem, no refunds. In the ripoff report, Gene sent more than he should have to initiate the "service", ran into a snag, and traced the payment. From there Gene learns that no service has been provided, he just merely paid for LB Bork's internet hosting, so he told the internet his experience. All of which is a violation of the contract (apparently!). Now, I don't know about you, but wouldn't it be better if LB Bork did offer a refund so he wouldn't get such negative attention? Or maybe even provide a "service" at a timely manner that Gene expected?
To the PACINLAW scammer, can you explain to us how is this not a scam?
2182329142 Jan 26 11 07:19:50 PM bos politics Flagging PACINLAW
Considering that now we know that PACINLAW is a scam, I flag with prohibited. How does the community flag the PACINLAW posts? I want to stay consistent with others, it may be more effective that way.
I got all kinds of responses to that. Though I think that if it gets 25 from any category, it goes down regardless, unless the person has a history of shit posting.
Stay tuned for my next series of postings. It gets better.
