I slowly become more serious(10th, 11th, 12th, and 13th CL posts)

Seriously, what is with you sovereign citizen/anti-fed groups and bad posts? Do you even know how to proofread at all? Your posting is almost no different than Jared Loughner's Youtube/Myspace page, and he's a schizophrenic!
I joined in on the RJ bullying that was taking place. I didn't get any responses.

A week later, I took a slight reversal, to make this post seem like it came from a different person. You know, to ratchet up the paranoia. Lets see if we can get more info by asking questions...

2165821112   Jan 17 11 03:56:25 PM   bos   politics   Open question regarding the education of the PACINLAW spammer

This is in concurrence to the "To Flag or Not to Flag" post, linked here: http://boston.craigslist.org/gbs/pol/2165439924.html. (I'm not the author of that post).

I've personally sent abuse claims to abuse@craigslist.org and with the contact us form, hoping that Craigslist would block his IP address. A week later, nothing has happened. Either the staff at Craigslist is bogged down in abuse claims, or he outsmarted Craigslist by sockpuppeting with multiple computers, possibly at an internet cafe or a public library. If the latter is the case, then Touche. I'll give the spammer props for being determined enough to find a hole in Craigslist.

I wouldn't compare this guy to Loughner, though. It's quite possible that the spammer is just another internet asshole trolling us all. Why? He probably finds this funny. Also, his posting isn't anywhere near as insane as Loughner's postings.

The spammer's posting does strike me as paranoid. What do lesbian lawyers from Cambridge acting as agent provocateurs have to do with anything? It's not like the spammer's internet turf is being invaded or anything. However, I am an asshole, and I do want to snipe their domains when they expire while lezzing out in Cambridge.

I am questioning the spammer's education, as well as RJ Mills and LB Bork's. I don't expect an answer, though I would like some closure.

To the PACINLAW spammer: What is your level of education? Middle school, High school, College - where and what study (undergrad, graduate, masters, doctorate)?
Do you know what level of education RJ Mills and LB Bork have completed?

Nope, nothing new from him, otherwise I'd have a reply to post. I regret not establishing a fake email acct earlier when he still put up the randomized email, that way I could email the questions while he dodges them on CL. You know, to bring home the point, keep him on the edge.

This posting got deleted. It was in response to RJ Mills' whining about how his posts keep getting deleted (his tears are delicious), and he decided to return the favor.

2166137169   Jan 17 11 07:17:23 PM   bos   politics   Keep flagging the pacinlaw spammer
Hey, buddy, listen... I'm not sure how we can make this more obvious to you. There's a reason why we're bitching and moaning about you, and why we constantly flag you.

It's because your obnoxious. There's no reason why you should have 10 posts every two hours. You only need one. Just one. I'll even settle for one a day, which is my maximum tolerance level. You may have not noticed this but I flag every post after your first post because you do have the right to have a voice on CL. You also have the right to engage the "Agent Provocateurs" of CL intelligently.

You have neither made one intelligent post (a day) or put forth any intelligent rebuttal to your posts. You're just drowning out any worthwhile posts with more of your spam, which in essence, is violating the free speech of others. You should know, you're an 'expert' in the constitutional.

That's why we flag you.

Either be a part of the community, or get out. It's really that simple.
Sick burn! (not really). Welp, time to share the world with the Ripoff report link. Incontrovertible evidence that PACINLAW is a scam. The post below is in response to another person calling RJ out, 3 days later.

2171037434    Jan 20 11 01:12:08 PM    bos   politics    Re: 3 Agent Provocateur

I wonder why he says 'maintainers and deceivers' like a dumbass instead of 'maintainers of deception'? Anyhow...

The more that I think about it, I think that the PACINLAW spammer calls us agent provocateurs because we're invading his brain with facts and disrupting his anti-fed fantasies. He really doesn't want to come to the reality that the Founding Fathers wanted a living constitution that could be adjusted to fit the needs of society. He really has nothing to benefit in his fantasy land, unless he really wants to own slaves, ensnare people in terrible contracts (assuming that he's smart enough), and live in a state theocracy.

With regards to Wikipedia, he had no chance of ever winning that debate. Wikipedia simply does not accept any material based on original research. They want articles based on trusted sources: news, magazine, other media like TV (for breaking events), peer reviewed journals, court cases, etc.. The Wikipedians weren't convinced that LB Bork, RJ Mills, et. al., are legitimate scholars, or that the author isn't LB Bork himself, so it would have been deleted no matter how well he defended himself. However, had he known that Wikipedia has an aggressive anti-vandalism policy on new users, he could have gotten away with it for years.

For the butthurt, here's the Wiki article talk page in question: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Articles_for_deletion/State_National. The level of fail is almost Sisyphean in nature. It's a beautiful read.

Basically, he's stupid and delusional, and like LB Bork or RJ Mills, has no experience in law. He's nothing more than a sad side-effect of the internet, unless you like trollin' for laughs like me.

PS: It's good to know that I'm not the only one who thinks that this is an elaborate ruse to help people avoid paying their taxes, maybe even the modern evolution of an old school tax defiance argument. I remember searching for LB Bork, hoping to find some more dirt against PACINLAW, and I came across a negative customer testimonial about a service that LB Bork offers where he would file some 'renunciation of citizenship' paperwork for a fee. It looks like a scam. While I'm certain that it's possible to do this, I can't help but wonder why. Seriously, WHY? I'm pretty sure that even renunciation of citizenship means that one is still subject to the Federal Gov't, even if he or she goes survivalist in the Appalachians.

PPS: LOL the link is the first Google search! http://www.ripoffreport.com/personal-services/peoples-awareness-co/peoples-awareness-coalition-l-8bff9.htm. I guess the rest of the internet thinks he's a scam too.

I highly recommend reading that rip off report link. It reveals just exactly who falls for this. It reveals the true nature of the scam. BLANK MONEY ORDERS, folks, just... Goddamn.

I kind of wonder what the original breach of contract was, the fact that Gene overpaid, the fact that he ordered a trace, or the fact that he complained publicly? Also, I don't trust any of those comments from other "State Nationals." Something tells me that the IRS shit storm is only a year away from them, and slowly catching up.

(lets google those names!)

Protip: In my later responses, I learn that it is not possible to file for a renunciation of citizenship this way, and it is way more complicated than paperwork alone, and it is rarely successful. It's also not necessary, either.

  1. This guy is an idiot.... No evidence. PAC has been around for over ten years without issues.

Ten years of doing things the way we have and no complaints on tender of payment. And this "Guy with No Life" broad brushes things like some kind of fascist making rules for people. Oh, and you cannot read Guy with No life that hides behind the Internet? Gene cannot read also. He did not pay the contracted amount.

"Also, I don't trust any of those comments from other "State Nationals." Something tells me that the IRS shit storm is only a year away from them, and slowly catching up."

Only a moron would assume such things. Some of those comments are from people who have dealt with issues and won. There is no evidence of anything he (he meaning, hiding behind the Internet) states... And it is obvious the "Guy with No Life" who put up this defamation blog cannot read by his above comments.

We are putting up a thread on this psychopath (Guy with No Life) on the Not My Government forum. I will have others show him how his comments are without merit and defamatory. Oh, not to mention this Guy with No Life who hides behind the Internet being a stalker.

Yes, the WHOLE INTERNET. One guy in ten years who cannot read and follow instructions. Just like the guy that has no life who is into libel.

PAC scares this guy, or he would not bother to put up this blog. Maybe he would like to debate me on a radio show? Perhaps not... A cyber-punk who we are getting to know Very Well.

    Scared little monkey.
