This section is to expose people who have recently come about and profess information that may overlap the information of other people, which causes division. Also, there are many people out there who have no idea what they are talking about. PAC feels such people are a detriment to our goal of repopulating the American Republics.

If you're not sure who else is on LB Bork's side, then this post is for you. It's basically a synopsis of the whole Insurgency Agents section. Sorry for pissing your time away. The interesting thing to take away from this, other than learning who LB knows, is how he feels about them. (billmay@wvi.com) This guy is a federal benefit taker who stands on the 14th Amendment only appling to Negros; he thinks law for them applied against white people is unconstitutional, even though he gets funds based on the same private law for them that is for US citizens. Bill reads too much old case law and lacks critical thinking skills.

Bad grammar aside, I'm surprised that it isn't the racism that bothers you, LB. Your theories aren't original, and they come from the same exact heritage as his.

Michael Smith. (restoreusa@aol.com) Mike is supportive of The Red Amendment, but the problem is a bunch of other things too, i.e. confusion. The Coalition has been around ten years longer than this island maker but maybe he is doing something better aside lifting the PAC acronym. Mike wants to restore the USA like many of others out there, but wants to do so by adding more amendments to the Constitution: namely Support Amendment 28. Pure chaos.

It's been a while since the Nationality Correction Form has been accessible. While I did an almost perfect copy/paste rendition of the file; I have been thinking about what LB Bork (username lb) posted on my page where he thinks that I'm taking his form out of context. He couldn't be further from the truth, but his words might convince someone to believe that I'm pulling a fast one. Since I don't want to put this document on Putfile or whatever, I decided to make each page an image, with the corresponding text below. Enjoy!

So, you're interested in being a National De jure 

INTRODUCTION 

So you are interested in claiming your nationality of right held under International Law, and claim your state as your lawful country and nation. . . Congratulations! 

The People's Awareness Coalition is pleased to announce that we are able to legally assist you in terminating your voluntary nationality and citizenship that is tacitly induced by the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution. Furthermore, we are pleased to say the termination process is 100 percent legal and is conferred by Congress. 

THE FALLACY 

We as Americans have been reared to cherish our country and follow the laws of our states.However, what most Americans do not understand is that their states are their true nations and are their true countries. Aside disinformation given to us, the Fourteenth Amendment of the United States Constitution has rendered a major perversion of the truth. 

The American Union is actually a federation of the sum of American countries; and the-sum of-states are entitled the United States of America-the State of the federation is referred to as The United States of America. The document that governs the Union is the Constitution for the [U]nited States of America. The Fourteenth Amendment to the Constitution altered this premise and brought all Americans into the control of the federal government and made them subjects of Congress; this amendment also overrides Americans' nationalities, which are inherent to their birth states/nations, and installed them into one federal nation. 

What this process does is legally terminate the nationality and citizenship that is caused by the Fourteenth Amendment and establishes the lawful nationality of your true country. 

INSTITUTING THE PROCESS 

To provide a basic background of how the federal government functions, the United States Congress (federal legislature) is qualified to make laws pursuant to the Constitution of the United States. Generally, the Law that Congress can establish encompasses two bodies:Public and Private. In general, Public Law deals with the Constitution and criminal matters;Private Law deals with things that encompass matters of private nature-that is-it does not apply to everyone-some kind of voluntary duty-or some other-has to be established-such as creating a private corporation under laws of a particular State or the United States. In due course, the Fourteenth Amendment is fundamentally private law because it alters the original premises that were fixed under the Constitution, therefore, the citizenship that is created by the Fourteenth Amendment is voluntary, hence, can be terminated. 

As it has been established that the legislature creates the law, the specific department of the government that executes the law is the Executive; as you are aware, the Executive department of the United States is held by the President of the United States. Under this particular department are several agencies. These agencies are the ones that you will be dealing with when you execute the 'administrative' process. The legal process involves a procedure, which is not much different than filing a tax return. As Congress has established federal statutes that require persons to file income taxes (which is private law), Congress has also provided statutes to carry out this process (which is public law). The principal difference between filing taxes and terminating the Fourteenth Amendment citizenship is that there is no administrative provision for it; wherefore the process is executed based on research of law and the knowledge of administrative procedures. 

Again, the process that we provide is 100 percent legal and it is your right to execute! 

What About. . . ? 

Like most people, you are probably asking yourself what happens in certain instances after you establish your rightful nationality. To assist, below are some queries that are asked by people-hopefully they will be in the realm of what your quandaries may be: 

Q: Am I expatriating? A: Yes, technically. Under the "color of law" the 14th Amendment (1868)creates a country out of the United States of America. This fraudulent country has been created by dogma of the Communist Manifesto (1848). You are expatriating from the "communist country" and are repatriating back to your native country (state), or expatriating it and selecting a new one. 

Q: Can I assert my rightful nationality in an administrative or court proceeding of which I am currently involved? A: Generally this will or may not work, however it has been found to work in some instances. It is best to correct your status before any issues arise. 

Q: If I was a registered voter will this be held against me? A: No. Because of the fraud that is being committed nothing is ever said, questioned or done pursuant to such issue. 

Q: Can my children claim this status? A: No, not until they turn eighteen years of age. 

Q: What happens to my Social Security Number? A: Firstly, note that it is not your number-It is the federal government's number. Secondly, you do not use it nor do you have to use it. 

Q: How do I exist without a Social Security Number? A: Because it is so widely used and ingrained this is the most difficult hurdle to overcome; however, it is getting much easier because more and more people are protesting the number everyday. 

Q: Do I have to pay state and federal Income Taxes after I terminate my federal status? A: As a general rule: No. However, there are some instances that some people may have to. It depends on one's particular situation and must be determined on a case-by-case basis. 

Q: Does the United States Constitution still apply to me? A: Only for issues that pertain to public law or when the federal government deals with you. Example: The gun laws that the federal government passes generally will not apply to you in your country. 

Q: What will my employer say when I request that he stop withholding taxes? A: What can he say. . .He has to stop withholding or he is stealing (misappropriating) your property. 

Q: How are my legal matters handled as a national de jure? A: Most matters will be handled in a different manner; however, depending on the situation they may be no different. This is where study of the law will be beneficial. The Coalition may be able to assist in these matters.

It's good to know that I'm not the only one who thinks of Scientology after reading LB's work.

If you are reading LB's posts on Quatloos for the first time, don't bother reading back. He's literally a troll, unashamed of the fact that he doesn't know how to argue, let alone know what he's arguing about. He'll throw out ad hominems such as quattards, Marxist monkeys, Psycho boy, etc., but complain like a little bitch when someone decides to argue against his claims. The thing about perusing the notmygovernment.us forums is that there's so much stupidity to talk about, it's practically discouraging. It's almost as if LB Bork is punishing me for taking on a Sisyphean task, and my brain has been protecting me this entire time by making my eyes glaze over on every logical impasse. When this happens, I sit back, close my eyes, and take a deep breath - feel free to follow along - Now breathe with me, inhale, and then slowly exhale. Inhale... then slowly exhale. Feel the body. Reevaluate the things that are bothering you. For me, it's the events in Japan, Libya, and LB Bork - but you may substitute your feelings for mine. Find a way to make peace with them, and make note of the effect that it has on your body.

That decision impacted LB profoundly. In essence what LB determined is that the judge had condemned them for participating in the governmental (political) system under the Fourteenth Amendment. In the eyes of the law our rights are privileges granted by law of man rather than from The Law of the Creator.

Here, LB Bork completely misunderstands what former president George Bush Sr. is talking about. I'm pretty sure that New World Order means that the tyrants of the world are on notice, not that the UN is going to take over the US. It's about cooperation to make the world a better place, basically.

If you needed more proof that LB Bork is whiter than white, well, here it is. While I know that he's trying to say gang warfare, or brawl, I can't help but make the prurient connection to the phrase (NSFW - take your pick). However, I shouldn't ever discount the theory that LB Bork is an old dirty bastard (not the rapper, RIP ODB). The other peculiar thing to take away from this thread is the dishing out of ad hominem type insults, yet complain about receiving them, even if they're not. The fact remains, there was no attempt by anyone to assist to "repair" the article to let it exist in the apparently polluted Wikipedia environment. Most complaints were orchestrated and overtly hostile. Moreover, as one can see be the latter comments, it was turning into more of a true Wiki deletion debate as to rules instead of people attacking the subject matter. It had no chance of survival with the attacks in regard to proper Wiki protocols.

Now that is some spin! Listen, it can't be repaired if the whole thing is bullshit. That is what everyone is complaining about. If it could be repaired, it would have never been successfully deleted. It would have stayed up, but edited to fit the requirements.

This forum is actually somewhat more interesting because LB shoots down common sovereign myths, mainly because of two things: 1) It tarnishes his image. The article reeks of ignorance, antisemitism, and Zionist conspiracy theories. First things first, why does race matter in an organization that seeks to end racism? There are other places in which the spammer spams. Columbus, OH; Raleigh, NC; Portland, OR; and New Hampshire. I'm certain that there are more places, but these are the most common. Why? I haven't got the foggiest idea. Probably a strategic recruiting thing. RJ loved to spam up patriot mailing lists and redemption type sovereign citizen groups before moving on to Craigslist.

Time to put the coup de grâce on this thing.

If you have just tuned into Boston Community Politics section (http://boston.craigslist.org/pol/ go a day or two back), and wondered what in the hell is going on in here, allow me to explain all of this.

Someone representing PACINLAW (Political Awareness Coalition) has been spamming the classified section. Flagging almost appears to be ineffective, as well as notifying Craigslist about the problem. I truly believe that the spammer is sockpuppeting - pretending to be a few people, even on different computers, to fly under the moderation system. Think of it like a three headed dragon. Killing one head doesn't slay the whole thing.

The spammer is not new to the game. He posts in the New Hampshire /pol/, Vermont /pol/, D.C. /pol/, S.F. bay area /pol/, and just recently Dallas /pol/ .

If you're like me and you take Craigslist seriously, seeing a spammer spam balls-out is not only irritating, but sad and unfair because it drowns out any potential discussion, regardless of political affiliation, by decreasing the signal to noise ratio. (I kind of miss the occasional nihlist KaptainAmericana post, or the RON PAUL 2012 post. At least it's one spam a day, compared to 20 per hour)

Who's LB Bork, RJ Mills, Those Lesbian attorneys from Somerville?

LB Bork is the author of the Red Amendment, and founder of PACINLAW. Located in Kieler, Wisconsin, offers fraudulent services to "correct citizenship." He has an explicit motive to bring down the federal government by helping others participate in tax defiance. Chances are that his name is not real. You may risk substantial amounts of money and receive jail time if you do business with him.

RJ Mills is a shady figure. Posts on freerepublic and resistnet. According to his DIGG page, he's from Massachusetts, and may be the spammer behind all of this spam. Checking the comments section of his DIGG page http://digg.com/rjmillsbjkl/comments, the comments appear to have the same exact grammar as his posts. He looks like a total creep in his photo. He has followers, but they don't appear to be part of the spamming.

Lesbian attorneys from Somerville Thats us. We're all lesbians according to the spammer/RJ Mills. Whether or not he has dealt with a lesbian attorney in the past is not known. My theory is that RJ Mills was raised in the Christian Identity movement, and calls us lesbians because homophobic slurs are still fashionable, where as racial slurs are not. Judging by this level of paranoia, and poor understanding of english grammar (luckily his posts are mostly copypasta), and poor understanding of the US Constitution, he may very well be the next Jared Loughner.

Wait, Christian Identity, tax defiance, what?

PACINLAW is not a new scam at all. It follows the Sovereign Citizens model of scams, which was derived from the original Christian Identity/Posse Comitatus tax defiance movements. There are dozens upon dozens of these scams operating in the wild.

Among all of them, the gimmick is essentially the same. The constitution says that the federal government is unlawful by illegal 14th amendment or Uniform Commercial Code, and that citizens have "sovereign" or "state national" citizenships belonging to their states or no country at all. Also you're entitled to not pay into the system, and/or entitled collect tax money that you already paid. The only way that someone like you can become a sovereign citizen/state national is if you pay for the scammer's crack team of "legal experts" to help guide you through the secrecy and bureaucracy of regaining state/sovereign citizenship.

PACINLAW's gimmick is a bit more toned down and retooled. They don't tell people that there is a hidden fortune one can collect, and they don't appear to harbor racist ideology like some of these scams do. They're not as upfront about the scam either, they want you to tool around their website to get yourself acclimated to their legal theories. The general idea is that the 14th Amendment is unlawful, and created this illegal federal citizenship, but LB Bork knows the secret yet legal procedure to renounce that federal citizenship so one can be a State National, free to not pay taxes.

So how is this a scam?

It is impossible to renounce US citizenship solely through the mail or over the phone, especially over defiance of taxes. It has to be done in person at a consulate, with citizenship of new country already granted, or about to be granted very soon, all of which is done on a case by case basis. Living as a resident of state without us citizenship is impossible, as that makes the renouncing person an illegal alien, and subject to deportation. Sorry bro, game over. LB Bork does not make his education known at all. No one knows where he has studied law or if he even has a law degree or a license to practice law anywhere. I'll gladly correct this if someone can prove me otherwise. This makes any legal service offered or conducted by him as suspicious, if not illegal.

The contract LB Bork uses in his "Nationality Correction Form" is easily voidable under his power for whatever reason. . This is to bar you from taking legal action against him. Also, there are no refunds. (Why would he?)

Do you really need more? Damn, I always thought the PAC webring was proof enough! Reading one article that leads to another even though they are of the same topic, with bad grammar and a poor understanding of the US Constitution with an unhealthy fear of communists, should be enough to go someplace else. But if your crazy enough to read all of his website, then you will eventually be presented with the "Nationality Correction Form". (update: I wrote this months ago, and his website is much slicker now, but still a scam. It used to read like a hodgepodge of pure schizophrenia and legal theories).

I flag with prohibited. I also try to use the abuse@craigslist.org and the send an email function. I also plan on contacting the FBI regarding this, since they have a vested interest in Sovereign Citizen movements. I strongly recommend that you do this too.
